We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all, the following policies are honored:
*24 hour advance notice (one day before) is required when cancelling, rescheduling or altering the duration of an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid on the same day prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you get sick on the day of your appointment, our 24 hour cancellation policy still applies for your appointment. Our massage therapist/practitioner's schedule is considered protected time as well. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened. If you are late more than 20 minutes, your appointment is considered a "no show" and you will be responsible for the payment of the full amount of the session.
